Brooks Edmund Hardie Obituary, Death –  Bremen, GA – Brooks Edmund Hardie, age 21, of Bremen, Georgia, tragically passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023, while pursuing his passion on Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro, Alabama. Brooks departed this world doing what he loved most. Born on June 9, 2002, in Carrollton, GA, Brooks was the beloved son of Julie McNair Hardie and Gary Hardie.

He brought joy and warmth to their lives, and his untimely departure leaves a void that can never be filled. Brooks was an enthusiastic and dedicated duck hunter, finding solace and excitement in the serene landscapes that waterfowling offered. His love for the outdoors was palpable, and he forged unforgettable memories under the open skies, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

In addition to his love for duck hunting, Brooks was known for his unwavering loyalty as a friend, brother, and son. He had a heart as vast as the landscapes he traversed, and his presence touched the lives of many. His camaraderie and genuine nature endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Brooks is survived by his parents, Julie McNair Hardie and Gary Hardie, as well as his extended family and a host of friends who will forever cherish the moments shared with him.

A memorial service to celebrate Brooks’ life will be held on Family and friends are invited to join in remembrance and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a cause close to Brooks’ heart. Brooks Edmund Hardie’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and the memories created with him will be cherished for a lifetime.
